Your appointments are very important to Waxed Beauty, they are reserved especially for you. We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. Please understand that when you reschedule or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time slot. If you are running late, please call/text to see how we can best handle the situation. We do reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if the client is more than 10 minutes late. We will request pre-payment for services if you've been late or canceled for two consecutive prior appointments or no showed for your appointment.

In order to serve you better, we ask that you arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time (please no earlier or later). The door will remain locked until your scheduled appointment time. Due to the privacy/safety needs for some of the waxing services no one is allowed to wait inside when I'm waxing another client. Also no children or friends/family are allowed in the waiting or service area when you're getting waxed.

Please note that children will not be allowed to accompany you to your waxing appointments. Due to the nature of the services, your eyes being closed, hot wax, privacy needed for a waxing service, and liability reasons.. we ask that you make other arrangements for your children.

As a courtesy, a confirmation message is sent 72 hours prior to your appointment followed by a 24-hour reminder message.
